Wicked Slush

Cheesecake soft serve ice cream—never have I known such a blessing existed. On a 108 degree Friday, Wicked Slush more than delivered with their Splits. If you are clueless as to what a Split is, you have lived a bland life. Imagine a picture perfect scoop of ice cream, creamy and smooth, chosen from a plethora of options, gently placed atop an ice cold mountain of any Italian ice flavor you could imagine. Now double the serving and layer it into a thick cup: you have just created a regular sized Split. Every bite is so perfectly balanced, half light and creamy soft serve ice cream, half fruity refreshing Italian ice. Ordering a Cherry Cheesecake and a Mango Vanilla Split proved to be one of the best, and most delicious decisions, of my life. Savoring this cool treat, while attempting to slow my roll was nearly impossible—lest to say there was almost nothing to take a picture of.
