Kevin Cadle
Kevin Cadle has committed to UCLA to study mathematical sciences or mechanical engineering. After four years of contemplating different fields in high school, Cadle is not sure what career he is going to pursue.
Nonetheless, Cadle still works hard, putting all his effort into every different activity he does.
Cadle has played on the basketball team for all four years of high school, competing at the varsity level for the past two years. Cadle has also swum for the varsity swim team for all four years at the school.
Cadle has also tried expanding his horizons, taking up many opportunities while on campus by experimenting with many clubs such as Debate club and Ultimate Frisbee club.
Cadle is also an active volunteer in the community, expressing his care for youths with health disabilities and concern for helping cancer research. He has dedicated four years to volunteering at the American Cancer Society, helping at events for cancer research; Cadle has also volunteered at Cypress Secondary School, helping kids with autism with their studies and schoolwork; and he has also volunteered at a summer camp that works with kids with cerebral palsy.
“Try to do your homework on the day it’s assigned. That has been really key for my success because it helps with getting stuff done on time and if you’re stuck on homework, you have the next day to talk to your teacher.”
